This is a nice postal office with plentiful parking and I find the lines are not very long. If you need basic postal tasks completed, this is a perfectly fine USPS. I've even done money orders here. However, my most recent experience here was poor. I needed to verify my identification for Informed Delivery and this branch was the closest one that offered this service. However, when I went inside for help, the workers were not knowledgeable at all about how to provide the service I needed. They told me I'd have to return when the manager arrived, but that they didn't know when that was. When I asked if it would be possible if they could look into helping me I was refused service because "they had customers" to help. I found that very foul because I, too, am a customer. When I noted as much, I was told that they couldn't help me because they did not know how to perform the service and that I should go to another branch. So, if you need help with Informed Delivery (especially if you are unable to verify your identity online) I do not recommend visiting this branch even though it says online that they offer the service. They were completely unhelpful, will waste your time and will treat you rudely. I will be calling the manager to inform her of this terrible service.

Great location in Culver City. Not too busy & they have parking spots. Great service from Siegfredo & Loneta , besides being professional & work efficiently, they are friendly & helpful. Thank you for helping us!! Appreciated. Hopefully they are being recognized for their hard work .

This is has been one of them places u don't want to go back to, unfortunately the Lady that helped me out didn't know what she was doing. I needed to send out 4 cards something I do very often so I know how much I need to pay every time 75cents per card. Unfortunately today when I asked her to use the meter she said "no because it takes to long" she made me wait for her to grab some stamps then more time because she said I had to tape the cards, up to there I was like ok fine they work different from my usual Post Office. I got upset when I got over charge and un able to get it fixed.

Other reviewers are crazy. I've never waited longer than 10 mins and usually 1-4 mins. The building is a beautiful WWII building with a mural and lights outside. The staff is super nice and friendly. I go all the time as well. It's super obvious if you go at a peak hour that it'll be busy, but it's usually very slow.
