What can i say about this store! I felt like family! Hector and George are the best! This store is brand new but they provided me the best service in switching and walking out today with a free phone today! Great customer service by these two fellas! Will be coming back for sure! Great help and Great for now being a Boost Costumer! Come check them out!!

First off, if I could, I would leave no stars. Such a horrible experience that to this day, a year later, I am still trying to resolve, scratch that, simply get out of this whole scam!!! This is not a corporate store, it's a third party retail store at the mall, with added service fees and activation fees for which they charge twice for, once at the store, and again on your first bill. Additionally, their service is terrible, with "fabulous" Danielle kicking me out of the store when I kept wanting to speak to her about this issue (I went in about 3-4 times). She did not want to take responsibility for the promotion that they promised (buy one get one iPhone/Galaxy combo) which the real corporate Verizon states is not a real promotion. Danielle however stated that the promotion was real and that corporate was wrong. I've been trying to resolve with corporate but have resolved nothing up until this day. I'm writing this review now because I bought these phone for Christmas a year ago and hate the idea of someone having to go through this mess! In general, I have not had a great experience with Verizon, at this retail store, corporate, or any real corporate store. Their customer service is absolute terrible, and worse, they try to buy you off with accessories when you start to demand that they honor their promotion. Lastly, if you check reviews, you'll only see recent ones, because they delete or change their account (you probably won't see my review here for long). After my experience, I checked their reviews and sure enough I found a few bad reviews similar to mine (check yelp reviews as as well). I should have known to check before because the day I switched to their service there was another customer creating a commotion at the store where I witnessed tears of anger. What a bad flag to miss! In conclusion I don't recommend Verizon. If you don’t mind their high prices (not even including hot spot) and bad customer service, and only care about is cell phone (tower) service, then Verizon is for you. Personally I care about corporate honoring their word and promotions to their customers. Honestly, that’s the most upsetting thing about it all, that not even corporate is resolving this issue. I hope this helps and prevents you from getting yourself into this mess like I did.

Claim they can't access your account information which means they are NOT a Verizon Company Store. I needed a phone replacement for my lost phone and they gave me 1 solution to pay them more money to use my upgrade. *But wait, How do they know I have an upgrade but Not Verizon Protection Coverage?* This was not necessary since I pay monthly Verizon Protection to cover a phone replacement with Asurion. They don't allow you to return after they trick you into buying a new phone adding a $181 return charge fee. ***At The End of the Day, These Guys are Scum Reps and don't genuinely care about your needs but only want their commission and it's obvious if you've had decent customer service at a Good Real Verizon Store (Non Retailer aka Money Vaccum). Verizon Corporate ought to be ashamed for this lack of decency, trust and support with their customers.
