I had been going here for a few years and always had a good experience. About a month ago, I came in for a pedicure and the tech did not do a good job. She didn’t bother to use the file and actually left a hangnail that I had to fix when I got home. Fast forward to today. I decided to go back because I had great experiences in the past and I didn’t think that one pedicure should ruin that. The nail tech this time was absolutely horrible. She kept filing my skin instead of the nail and when I pulled back she kept pushing my feet down and ignored it. She then told me that my nail was ingrown, which is absolutely false. She was just filing where there was no nail. Then she pinched my skin on one toe in half and it started to bleed. I brought this to her attention and she just put some oil on it and moved on. Then she started pinching my legs in what I think was supposed to be a massage. Worst pedicure of my life. Then she brought over the bill. I asked to speak to the manager, which is something I do NOT ordinarily do. I now had a bloody toe that I did not walk in with and was not about to pay them $40 for that. They didn’t agree and tried to tell me that this is expected. They eventually gave me a 10% discount. Ladies, this place has seriously gone down hill. AVOID.

This place is great! The people who work there are friendly and polite. They do a great job with my nails. Since I have started going there my nails are stronger and healthier. They have a wide selection of colors to choose from. I always have a good experience when going to the salon.
