Went there coz dealership told me I urgently needed wheel alignment. The crew were nice and honest. They told me that Alignment is in borderline. Not really urgent but at least they were very honest. It took them 10 to 15 mins to do the alignment. They will check first and assess if alignment is really needed which is free. Rotation is included and you need not to pay extra. They also fix flat tire for free. Thanks to the guy who helped me. I got the 3 year service. They told me I can visit anytime if I feel any pull on my car which is awesome. Wonderful service!!! Worth the money you paid for!!!

Highly recommended. I'm a recent widow and generally wary of navigating the world of car repairs but these people are wonderful. Courteous, honest, and professional in every way. Since I've found Big Brand Tire in Newbury Park, it just doesn't make sense for me to go anywhere else. The first time I used their services, I rolled in to get a tire repaired .. no charge! After that, I needed new tires and oil changes ... they rotate tires for free with oil changes, along with many other services. They'll match lowest prices as well, You can set appointments online or by phone. Highly recommended!!

This place is horrible.. customer service lacks.. store manager and his "right hand manager". Brought my car in on Saturday for a simple patch job (Tires were purchased here) they never called me. Sunday they are closed so they kept car for 3 days. They also lied on top saying the called me. Never coming back here Needed tires for my 2018 Honda got a great deal at American tire depot and customer service there is great. Taking my business there even though drive is longer..
