Freddy, Cole and Julius helped me tremendously getting this car they were able to get me the deal I needed for me to be able to buy the car. I came in for an oil change, and to have them fix a piece of my car that was not done right when it was fixed the first time. They ended up getting grease/black stains on the top of the inside of my car, which did get cleaned once I noticed and called them back but it made the fabric look very different in texture. They glued the piece of my car that was not fixed the first time and proceeded to charge me $20 for it. I am honestly upset with the fact that these people will do anything to charge you more money than what it should even cost. My service advisor did not tell me that there would be a charge and in that case, I would have just glued it myself. There is no type of communication and no common sense when it comes to touching things with dirty hands.

Very poor communication in the services department. Email on appointment confirmation does not work. Information was wrong and I could not reach anyone to correct it. Left phone message, no one returned call and when I showed up Service appointment information had not been corrected. My truck was there all day. No one called to let me know it was ready for pick up. I had to call them after 4:30 to find out NOTHING had been done. Truck sat there all day and not serviced. This is my work truck!! No truck, No work and it sat there all day and nothing was done, no one called me. A new appointment had to be made.

Just purchased a used car today, and I just noticed the gas tank is almost empty….Silver star chevrolet ain’t playing with these high gas prices🤣🤦🏻♀️ They offered me Starbucks but not a full tank. Okie dokie
