I wish you guys would show some Wong Kar Wai movies... Perhaps Fallen Angels??

I liked it. It was a cute theater that I, honestly, never knew was there. I don't live in, or frequent Santa Monica very often. If I did, I would have known how incredibly expensive the flat parking lot on the NW corner of 2nd Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd is. I arrived around 5:15 for a screening, & left around 9:45. My personal opinion is that it's highway robbery to charge me $25 for that amount of time. Ridiculous!

Always feel like I’m coming home when I go here! You can tell that the owners are in this for the love of film! Bargain pricing on both admission, and snacks! Love this venue!

One of the nicest, cleanest, coziest most comfortable theaters I've been to. The decor is instantly memorable. The staff were above and beyond accomodating and friendly like a small town place not snobby or boujee (never know which to expect with a theater playing obscure films!) 11/10 would recommend. Also, the popcorn is EXCELLENT.

tickets can be purchased online at the website, sometimes at a great discount too. or at the door. this is a great cozy little theater with high quality projection via a Christie 2K projector with amazing surround sound. and free high speed WiFi in the mezzanine level too. the flower child restaurant connected to the Laemmle Monica film center via the mezzanine has free WiFi. the theater has beer and wine too. free parking for 90 minutes across the street at Santa Monica parking lot number 4. no validation required. I have had many of my film festivals at this theater. they are the best. many of my festivals are at la live. yet this little theater for my 2016 10 day festival was one of my best experiences
About a 5 minute walk. The exposition line ends near the south end of the 3rd street promenade. Close to Santa Monica court house. From there about 5 blocks to the laemmle Monica film center theater.
According to their website, they have Senior Weekdays - $6 tickets every weekday for shows starting before 6pm.

Yes. Google laemmle. Or visit their website at www.laemmle.com
Not anymore, I'd recommend trying a streaming service like Netflix or VOD on spectrum
Go on laemmle.com and check show times, buy tickets, etc. You can even see if the show is at other theatres.
Weeknights are certainly less crowded
