I had such an incredible experience at this dealership from start to finish! Omar thank you so much for guiding me through the sales process and assisting me with choosing a really cool brand new Benz. Ron & Doug it was such a pleasure to meet you both and thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. It was indeed white glove customer service from start to finish! I also want to say thanks to Peter in finance for answering my 101 questions and guiding me through the process to finalize my purchase. This was my 1st experience at this dealership and it certainly will not be the last. I'm glad I made the extended drive to visit. Excited to be back a part of the MB family!

Usually, my experience with the service center at Thousand Oaks Mercedes dealership is good and efficient. However, my last visit on 7/8/22 was not what I expected, mostly due to poor follow up by the service advisor. I had dropped my car off for routine maintenance early in the morning on 7/8/22 and was told that it should done by the afternoon. This was fine because they had given me a loaner car, so I was able to get to/from work. I didn’t get a follow-up call by mid-morning, so I called the dealership for an update and left multiple messages for my service advisor, Alex, to call me back. One and a half hours later, Alex called me back to let me know that they needed more time to work on my car and I could pick up my car the next day. When I picked up my car the next day, things went smoothly. Alex even popped in a part in my car that had come undone. He was nice enough to say that if it comes undone again, let him know and he will order a new part for me. I actually did reach out to him on 7/15/22 to let him know that the part had come undone again. He said that he would order the part for me and let me know when it came in. As of today (7/26/22), I have not heard back from him. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the lack of follow up and level of service expected from a Mercedes dealership. I will not be going back to this dealership in Thousand Oaks for any future needs.

The service department at Mercedes of Thousand Oaks is a class act from start to finish. It is easy to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff are very welcoming and professional, and Alex my technician always takes the time to thoroughly explain the scope of each service. This goes for the initial meeting as well as the follow up calls and texts, and he is always available to answer questions or look into additional items I may see. I feel very well taken care of each time I visit, and it gives me confidence and a feeling of security to know that my E350 will continue to perform at top level. Thanks to everyone at Mercedes of Thousand Oaks!

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks has been very consistent over the last few years. My service adviser Alex M has always taken great care of me. There have been times that my third party warranty has had to get involved, and Alex has had to go to battle for me. I would absolutely recommend this facility, and Alex to any of my friends and family.

I don't know the answer to the question but, if cost is a factor suggest you check a glass shop first then get a price from the dealer.
