This is about the service deparment. We have a Fiat. Service Rep. Casey is amazing! He works with your situation, and has a lot of valuable knowledge about the product. It's expensive to get repairs here (it's a dealership, that's just how it is), but everything about the experience reminds you that they are taking extra care with your automobile. It can be such a relief to hand your car to the professionals, and let them take care of it, (and extra covid precautions and an included car wash.) Thanks!

My Fiat needed some major work done, and I was understandably anxious about it. Casey O'Brien made me feel at ease, took time to explain everything to me, and was very responsive to all of my many questions. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for his genuine care! Unfortunately the engine of my 2013 Fiat Abarth took a turn for the worst. I purchased this vehicle 7 years ago down in Orange County. Casey and the team at Fiat of Santa Monica were very honest and fair throughout my whole experience there. I thought bringing my car to a dealership would bring high fees and upsells for repairs ; however, this was not the case. I recommend coming to this dealership for repairs.

BUYER ALERT!!! Multiple problems with a new Fiat 500e and Management avoiding contact or fix despite multiple attempts. Bought a Fiat 500e end Dec 2018 from Sales guy Mauricio (who then left the company). 1. No User Manual. Just grabbed an old 2016 one for me at delivery. Chase many times until they ship back the original new one after two weeks. 2. No flat tire inflator. Grab another one (not sure if used or new) at delivery upon asking only. 3. No 2nd car key. Only tell me about it after all payment and paperwork at delivery. Still waiting for it now after 4 weeks. 4. Front parking and turn lights are off. Fixed it at another dealership. 5. Worst Problem: Parking Light Warning still ON after fixing the light. Fiat Ontario said the wiring has been tempered with (see pictures) and is not covered under warranty. It's a brand new car and of course I am not paying a dime to fix it. Chase Alex Schwartz Sales Manager of Fiat Santa Monica many times and to no avail. Left many messages and wont call back. Finally got hold of him and he said he has to check with Service and never call back again. Deal with this dealership at your own risk. You have been warned...
