We had an appointment and received great service. The place is great and so we have been coming here for years. The only issue I now have with this place is I have a young child This was an issue as the their security guard was trying to force my 1-1/2 year old to wear a mask. Additionally they have a "No Phone" sign, so apparently playing a movie for your child is a big No. The service is great but it not kid friendly. No giant toys. They don't play kids movie just the news. Make sure you have a baby sister before you come.

Worst care ever. The waiting is soo long to get seen by the optometrist. Not only that but afther to choose your glasses they call people that even came afther. It Really shouldn't take 3 hours to get everything done specially when you have an appointment. HORRIBLE!!

Never come here again!! Wait time was over an hour. My appointment was at 2pm didn’t see the doctor until 3:30pm. The doctor was sarcastic and seemed stressed which made me feel uncomfortable. One of the ladies made me feel bad about my vision as well as the doctor. Not very helpful. The good thing is I was able to get my prescription so I can take my business somewhere else.

The wait was short.Te optometrist was really nice and told me exactly what she was doing every step of the way. Luis who helped me in picking out my glasses was nice and funny. Overall A great experience.

IDK. I have not been there during COVID, but I've always walked in without an appointment. Of course my visit takes 3 or 4 hours (no appointment). But I don't mind. Incidentally, I live in the area, and at 9am there is always a line of people waiting to go in. I can't believe that everyone has an appointment. Good luck.

They have done it for me. It depends on your needs and if you require any special lense. Astigmatism is usually more expensive and they have additional things such as anti-glare and lenses that automatically darken in the sun (transitions) I believe they are called.
Yes, if you pay an additional fee it can be completed within an hour. I believe I paid $35 for it two years ago.
