The customer service line is a recording. I called to enquire about a possible " We Will turn off your electricity scam. the voice activator does not recognize or is not programed to recognize the words Scam or Fraud. You get into an endless loop. Stupid and frustrating. no stars.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life, they should just go to an automated system. If they did you'd get 100% better service than you do now. If I could give them zero stars for their customer service I would.
