In any case, a suppler should know his business. the competition, and treat customers with with some respect. . As Mechanical, Structural, Stress, and Materials engineer I can tell you that I was given the run-a-round. I'll find another place to deal with

Very disappointed with the customer service. Made a phone order, but nobody called me when it was ready. When I called to check the status I also asked about if an item is in stock and was told it was, but when I came to the store it wasn't. Also when in store asked them to sell me couple pieces of acrylic, but was told they are too busy doing "big order" and can't cut it while I'm waiting, giving 2 weeks wait time! In general employees there were unhelpful and unwelcoming. I regret I decided to support this local business, should have ordered online from big retailer like ePlastic.

I don't have an answer for your question. But I do know they never answer their phone . They will answer an email almost immediately. Just go on their website and fill out the email form. That's the only way I was able to get a response
Linda, Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery. You can call the store, and they will be happy to get your order ready for curbside pick up.
The store is open M-F 8:30 to 5:00 for service at the door. Tell us what you would like and we will bring it out to you. Al, the San Jose store will be opening on Monday, June 22. Right now it is email and phone only. We are doing our best to keep up but demand has been high and staffing short. We appreciate your patience and hope to see you next week. Or our Fremont store is now open M-F 8:30 to 5:00.
