Living at Windsor at Dogpatch has been nothing but joy. The apartments are phenomenal; clean, modern, with top notch amenities, and located in a great area. But what really takes the cake for us has been Natalia. To say she is kind and accommodating is an understatement. She truly cares to ensure that anything we may need is provided for. Never seems bothered by any questions or requests. She’s provided us with comfort and an overwhelming sense of ease during a time when that’s incredibly hard to come by. Thank you Natalia! We love it here and I wouldn’t be able to say that so unequivocally, without you and everything you’ve done for us.

Windsor Apartments in the Dogpatch. Gotta love it! Sun is shining but always that fog… I have lived here for 1 full year. I live with my brother, we rent a 2Bed/2Bath. We live on the 3rd. Street side. Pretty noisy but you get use to it. Its the city life maan! Its chill. First things first you gotta know what you are moving into. Its an apartment!! So, expect some noise from upstairs or whenever/whatever. I want to talk about the community, its peaceful. You don’t bother them, they won’t bother you. Yah know. So many local spots like Harmonic Brewing which is a craft beer brewery, they have food truck pop-ups daily and stuff like that. Got a Mini Market on 22nd street & 3rd. which has everything. A Saloon on the corner as well on that same street. Muni/Bus lines going in all directions too! Bunch of places I could go on! I would even say its a small little town/area. Everything in walking distance. Just to be clear here you might have a couple homeless walking around but thats the city for yah. Can’t stop it. The amenities!! Gym, Rooftop and they have community space (Clubroom) for gatherings, which they use for parties and events. Which you can book. Pretty cool huh. Rooftop is always nice and clean. Hallways in the building also clean. Trash Chute for all different trash in different parts of the building. Also, wanted to add they have Maintenance and a cleaning crew super chill. Front desk people super polite, wave they wave back. All in all its a nice apartment building. Nothing too fancy just a good space to live and call home.

Windsor at Dogpatch is such a great place to live, mostly in part to the management here. The manager Natallia, is by far, the best manager we've ever had. She works very hard to make sure her tenants are happy. We can't thank her and her team enough for what they have done for us while we've been here. We hope to stay for a very long time!
