This is an awesome park. We love everything about it. Except for the button for the water park is broken and now the water park does not work. Please fix this as soon as possible our kids really love this park

Okay spot for kids. Area is a bit dated and the waterpark turns on and off every 10 mins.

We love it here, tables, shade, playground, basketball court, and tennis court all in a single enclosed area. Been coming here for over 10 years and it's pleasant every time.

It is. Anyone can visit. I take my kids frequently here.
If you enter John Prince park from the 6th Ave entrance that is closest to lake Osborne and go south, you will see it without any turns I believe. If you enter from Congress you have to turn left and the first stop sign and follow it along for a while.
Anyone can visit. They have a guard as it's in a gated community but you just let them know you are going to the park.
