Just moved in January. Had a few hiccups with move-in but Ophir was amazingly quick to help us with all of our needs. The apartment is clean and maintenance requests were super quick and easy. I submitted a bunch of requests from replacing the cabinets to helping with the drain and they were all handled within a few days. Haven’t had any issues with packages or trash either. We were also able to secure a parking spot which was a must for our needs. We both WFH and when you close the windows, you can’t hear anything from the nearby highway or street. This is our 4th time renting so we’ve had experiences with a wide variety of management companies and don’t understand why O&M doesn’t have a higher rating! I believe there is new management so hopefully our experience only gets better with time. The apartment complex itself is clean, the Dogpatch neighborhood is lovely, and our neighbors are also friendly. So far so good!

Very expensive, but it's San Francisco so I get it. However, was given a washer and dryer that smell like mold, and despite countless complaints, no effort to replace or fix the problem. The single elevator has been out of commission for 2 weeks now and there's been no communication to when it'll be fixed except for a wrinkled piece of paper taped carelessly to the door- a memo that says a repair man would be on site 2 weeks ago... How absurd. I will not being renewing my lease and I suggest you don't get into one yourself.

I want to complain abut their leasing service. During the call for scheduling a tour, the employer recorded my requirements and preference and explicitly told me which apartment I would be shown. In the end, we scheduled a self-guided tour for today (Jan 16th). Yesterday, during office hour I called again and got confirmation for the schedule. In addition, 2 hours prior to the scheduled time I received their email reminding me of the visit. So I took the train to the community (the trip took me 2hours). Upon my arrival, the manager told me the units were not available anymore and my visit was cancelled.

Moved in just a little over two weeks ago. (On 02/01/18) Absolutely fantastic transition! Everyone in management was extremely helpful and friendly. Very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I wasn’t in city before I moved in so they took videos of the apartments I was interested in which was really nice of them. Also, they were cool enough to let me store some of my bags in the apartment a day early so I didn’t have to carry them around. Pretty well insulated building. I haven’t heard a single sound from the highway behind the building and the temporary and not as quiet construction across the street is reasonably muted. I should note there are two separate buildings in this complex that are not connected other than by the ground. Apartments O### are in the green building and M### are in the reddish brown building. I’m in M. For those who are curious since the complex is pretty new some apartments don’t have internet setup, so you’ll likely need someone from the internet provider to connect some cables outside your apartment that you don’t have access to.

Thank you for showing interest in our homes. We do offer short-term leases. Our units do not come furnished but we do work with furniture rental companies. If you have any further questions please contact our office, we are happy to help. Thank you!
There are no "balconies," just a facade of balconies. One baedroom apartments start at $3100ish...? They have one bedroom apartments with an two floors, spiral staircase, huge windows, etc. A lot of couples move in with another couple a rent a $4200 two-bedroom apartment...which are HUGE!!! I pay $2875 for a studio approx. 404 sq ft. Be warned: There's no real common area or amenities like a lounge, gym, or recreation room. There are fireplaces on the rooftops, but it's not the same as having a warm enclosure to hang out in...especially if you live in a studio.
