Despicable treatment of animals. Terribly understaffed. Don’t respect reservations. Routine overcharges. The owner bends over backwards to get your business but doesn’t deliver his end of the bargain. Don’t trust them with your best friends.

I absolutely love the staff here! They not only know my dog’s name but they know all of his little weird rescue dog hangups and are always so happy to see him! More importantly, though, my dog, Charlie, loves going there! Their boarding arrangements are top notch and they take very good care of the pups when they stay overnight. I cannot recommend D Pets Hotel Hollywood more! Just a fantastic place for dogs!
