Well, after over 30 years of patronage, did I say 30, at this establishment going back to when the original owners worked at the place and made homemade ice cream, I have a big complaint today. Now granted we are in the age of digital technology and some of the smaller restaurants and popular eateries can get overwhelmed with orders coming in digitally as well as physically hmmmm however what can excuse the fact that I place my order online at 5:15 was somewhat OK with the fact that it said it wouldn’t be ready until 615 upon my arrival at 6:30 I was told my order was never received so once I was able to then document that it was in fact received and paid for it was then 643 and they told me it would be an additional 15 minutes as of the writing of this review I have yet to receive my order. This is unacceptable yeah they’re busy that’s good that means you’re making money enough money to hire extra help. They were very condescending the customer service kids most of the and acted as though I was trying to pull some kind a fast one which turned out to be their mistake. Was anyone apologetic or did they try to give me anything free or discounted In return for Waiting over an hour and 45 minutes for three tacos and a veggie burger. Not I guess they were too busy I’ll think twice before I order with them again

This place is very unprofessional… They treat their employees with the utmost disrespect. Not to mention the building is under code violation however they continue to get a good grade because they pay off the health inspector of whom they personally know. It’s infested with mice… the employees have to use the restroom across the street because there bathroom is used for storage… which is disgusting. Give another rain fall the roof may cave in due too structural damage… Don’t eat here and most definitely do not work for them.

Made fresh but took 10 minutes for one burger, they weren't that busy. Two people had just left, I'm the only one in the store, another customer walks in, I'm still looking at the menu and an employee helps the other customer. He called in or something so no biggie but nobody asked if I'd been helped, if I was ready to order or even acknowledged me at all. After helping the other person they quickly disappeared again. I had to walk up right in front of the glass in order for them to even acknowledge my presence, and after a couple minutes two different people asked me 3 or 4 times if I wanted to order, after clearly stating, yes, I would like to order, not just standing there for no reason, someone finally took my order, but honestly, I should have just walked out. The burger is alright, kind of dry, good seasoning, but the building is run down, and the service wasn't very friendly; kind of "what do you want?" vibe, not "how can I help you?". Signs stating 'all sales final, no refund' and 'it's made fresh, it takes time!' plastered all over give me the feeling they have a lot of issues with customers not satisfied with something and they obviously don't care. I live a few blocks away but that's just too far to walk or drive for that kind of service
