LOVE the Wags Club! My dog is 11. She had not been to day care in over five years. SHE LOVES WAGS. She used to stare at the door at her old daycare and wait for me all day to pick her up. At Wags, she plays all day, she has a new friend group, and she drags me from the car to the front door! Highly recommend!

Not a fan. We'd taken our dog to Wags Club every so often over the past few months. The reviews here seemed largely positive and I was excited that they have an outdoor section. Covid shut down a lot of other local daycares, so we were hopeful to have found a new regular spot. In short, Wags Club seems extremely understaffed for the amount of dogs they're taking in. We hear staff screaming (I mean this literally) at the dogs in the back room nearly every time we've come to pick ours up. Recently, whenever we'd drop ours off he would shake like mad, which he never did with any other babysitter or his previous regular daycare. The last straw was when we went to pick our dog up and he wasn't wearing his collar when he came out. A young employee handed it to my wife, chewed straight through in 3 different places. My wife had to ASK what happened to it and then check my dog for bite marks (he had a minor one, but was okay). Only after she asked did a staff member say another dog took it off of him (what??) and other dogs played fetch with it for a while before staff could retrieve it (what!!??). I can accept dogs getting a bit rough with each other, but how in the world did it take staff long enough for other dogs to chew through it in THREE places before they got it back? Clearly no one was paying attention to what was happening. To make matters worse, we weren't informed until my wife asked for an explanation. No apology. No one helping us make sure our dog was okay. Just a quick hand-off. Needless to say, we won't be returning unless Wags Club installs a camera system so we can actually see what's going on back there. As it is, I don't feel safe boarding my dog there any longer. 2 Stars because at least we got our dog back alive.

The Wags Club is Pawesome In the past 5 years I have never needed the use of doggy day care services. However when I started my new job I needed to find a trustworthy place that I knew would take would take great care of my baby. My girlfriend (now ex-girlfriend) had used/still uses Wags Club for years and raved about it; specifically the flexibility and care provided.  From my initial interaction to every subsequent interaction i noticed a high level of care, warmth, and exceptional service. Every receptionist, from Ace to Kaitlyn to Gretchen, always greets my dog by name and welcomes her to the Club (rather than me as the owner).  What I find truly remarkable is the amount of specific details they provide about my dog's day when I pick her up. This demonstrates they pay attention and are actively engaged during the entire day. The whole staff is amazing and I love of when they post pictures on social media which reassures me that she is being well taken care of.  The services that they provide in addition to boarding and day care are wonderful as well, including the price points, such as baths, haircuts, nail trimming, etc.  I've taken advantage of their package program a few times and find the complimentary bath is an added treat. Overall, my baby's experience, as well as mine, has been pawesome.

Wags Club has taken care of my dog for over 13 years! They know and love her from daycare and boarding. I have found that they alerted me to medical issues and reliably provided my dog with medications 3 times a day. She is a handful and attention hog. I love the photos they post!

Are unsocialized moxie puppies welcome? We have purebred rescue Daschunds (5 months old) who have never been around other dogs. They are from same litter, but are not potty trained yet! Would they be accepted?

Wags does a meet and greet with you and the puppy or dog you'll potentially be boarding. Based on the initial visit you can decide if its a good fit for you and your puppy 1st.
