Went in for the first time for a self wash this weekend, and from the moment I walked in I felt very uncomfortable. You’re greeted by the pungent smell of urine and nonstop barking. The bathing area looked dirty and dog hair was everywhere. The space looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. My puppy was nervous from the start and I ended up leaving shortly after arriving to avoid any negative association with bath time. I will not be going back.

Was disappointed upon arrival, couldn’t even speak to the person there due to so many dogs barking and I wasn’t able to get a straight answer to my questions. Overall I wasn’t comfortable leaving my pet here.
