They don't allow you to walk inside to order rather early so you'll have to go to the drive thru. I didn't like that

I was grateful to have Jack in the box in their hot meal program using your EBT food stamps because at that time I didn't have any money and that was the only thing that I had was my EBT card I really truly am grateful that Jack in the box has that type of program instilled in their facility if it wasn't for them having that program the hot meal program I wasn't I wouldn't have been able to eat that day because I didn't have no money but thank God I had my EBT card for my Hotmail program thank you Jack in the box you were a lifesaver and I love the customer service

Service is horrible waited in line for over 20mins then got up to the register to order the cashier just left without saying anything in a rush to get out the manager was very un professional as well!!!!!! Do better please!!!!!!!!!
