They related the order to and still missed a burger and gave me the wrong fries. Didn’t give me a receipt. Every time I go here something is always wrong. I worked in the fast food industry for a few years so speaking from experience I don’t know why them mess up all the time. Spending so much money on food they should be making sure the food in the bag is correct.

2nd time I've been to this location. 1stbtime it took about 20 min to get the order in the drive thru. 2nd time same thing and they forgot ingredients in the sandwich which I was charged for

Had to pull up to the window because employee was unaware of the coupon specials. It really is an inconvenience to inform employees of the mailer specials. Especially with gas prices going up, eating at your location is a luxury, Seriously carls jr. You have to do a better job at informing your employees. Customer service was amazing! I can't complain about that, he went above and beyond

It is a pity, if it were so, you must make the corresponding complaint, with the authorities of the Department of Consuming Affaire, and it is probable that many diners will be absent.
