After waiting over 5 minutes at qiosk i gave her my order 3 times. Got to register and order was still wrong and they had to reorder. Clarified unsweetened tea at 1st window and as i picked up asked at 2nd window and they said unsweetened. Finally left a i was driving half way across town I tasted tea and it was sweet. It was bad enough that it has gotten expensive but the service and employee distractions are obvious. Bad location. Not worth it.

Reliable and efficient. Gets busy during peak hours but I've been able to get a cone here more often that not

Momma Awareness

This morning about 4:30am. Tuesday, On my way to the airport. I stopped by Sepulveda & National McDonald's for coffee "ONLY". The heavy set guy, Spanish took my money, handed me coffee. Never put the money in the cash register.. I didn't get a receipt.I looked inside and it was foaming, looked bubbling. It didn't look right. I ask why do the coffee look like this. He said he don't know. I asked for another cup. He said it will be 10min. Wait. I asked for my money back. He never said sorry, for the inconvenience nothing. Very unprofessional. I
