One of the nicest place to get your clothes as clean and new back. The employees take care of your clothing personally and remove each stain without damaging the clothes. The management under new owner Bhavin Shah has improved the service and I would definitely recommend everyone to go to this place.

I've been using cd one service since 2015 but the location on Dempster/Waukegan they are pretty good But this time I decided to use the des Plaines location since is closer to my house But the service is really bad .... This how I got my shirt all Wrinkled

The person on the front desk is very professional. The clothes were done quickly but I had a dress with a stain with hopes that they could do something about it. I think they didn’t even touch it but the dress looks clean overall.

Mostly good. Recently had an issue where I was charged and the payment had posted but they insisted it did not and said it was my fault for removing my card too soon even though I’d seen Approved. Ok paid again. Second payment posted and I had to go back and get refund which was kind of annoying. This has happened twice now. Alterations take forever as they send them out. I have never had an issue with the dry cleaning or the staff (except this one incident) and the times promised.
