Wow, bragging to my kids in the awesome experience I once had here at Farmer Boys... ... .. Today made me regret saying anything.., good prices for a burger establishment on it's very best but the customer service was terrible and the ac to try to say that honestly even half way working was too be biggest event Soo far visiting.. everything else wasn't how I remembered it... Honestly I wont mention this place again . I put it in the same category before hand , to In And Out... But in a different class.. but never again.. chili fries where disgusting ...but for a two year old ,. Heaven.. hamburgers can't touch In and Out..Soo sad things have gotten this bad.. they had fans to help with the half ac..off...and lightening looked like a Freddy Cougar movie... What... Paying at at a good price for the food, you don't have money to keep up with the daily.. fire the people who are holding you down and get back to where you used to be... Lastly no.. shakes!!! What ..you advertise a great establishment..now your like the local Mc Donald's... Why pay more when I can get the same unsatisfying service else where.. Soo let down 👎

Worst To-Go experience ever. Not going back. Waited for my order and they never called my name. Decided to go in cause drive through line was long. When I noticed the drive through had no cars, asked for my order. It was just sitting there. Horrible service. You guys got issues!

Two stars for speed. I love Farmer Boys zucchini and had a free side coupon. Didn't expect to wait 35 minutes to get my food. I ordered a parmesan crusted 1/4 burger and a drink too. Usually I go to one on Imperial in Santa Fe Springs, but came to Costco business center to get copy paper. I went to ask for my order at 25 minutes. I wasn't hungry but by the time I got my order I was hangry. Maybe they gave my order to someone else, not realizing what they did. Other people ordered, got their food and left. The food was delicious but not 35 minutes of waiting good. I sat behind 3 guys that looked like corporate executives, dressed with their Farmer Boys shirts but with portfolios. Greeting what was probably the manager, complimenting her on her work. So tempted to ask the how long is acceptable to wait for a burger and zucchini, but didn't. Workers kept passing by me, my #70 card on the table. I had to ask, no one asked me anything. It was busy when I arrived, almost empty when I left.

February 2022 Update- The service was very slow, parking was a disaster and food wasn't the same. Missing ingredients om my burger and the ranch was watered down. __________________________________________ The food is definitely fresh and made when ordered. The onion rings were everything I hoped they were crispy and HUGE. Hamburgers are juice, fresh, tasty, and the french fries are so bomb too. The salad is the best part of my meal experience, it was a very hefty portion that I had some left over for dinner. The lettuce was nice and crisp, the chicken was nice and tender. My niece got the strawberry milkshake and OMEFFINGEE!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!! And you must try their ranch dressing is delicious and it tastes nothing like the bottled stuff, the southwestern dressing was very good too. Be prepared to spend some cash on a meal but for $11.00 the food is VERY WELL WORTH IT! I will DEFINITELY come back here, and I'll order the fish and chips which looked sooo bomb 🤤🤤👍🏼👍🏼❤❤ Everything here is definitely worth it!!
