The apartments are beautiful and include good quality modern appliances. The gates provide an extra sense of security for my family. The pool area is amazing and reminds me of a vacation resort. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly to concerns and issues. I love the fitness center which includes a variety of equipment. We even have a game room that includes a pool table. I’m happy to call Palisades of Blythewood home.

Today I visit the apartment complex and Courtney made my day I came from New Jersey and by far she made me feel comfortable. All week I was overwhelmed by apartment hunting she easy my mind today I will be applying on Monday but if for any reason I don’t get the apartment it’s ok cause it people like her they need more of thank you so much for making my day I really enjoyed my experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Prices continue to go up value continues to go down. Gate never works ppl break into cars I called LAST YEAR about my toilet leaking and no one ever came to fix it now it has completely stopped working and months later still not fixed I am told that I have another bathroom so use that. It took 5 months for them to change the air filter and replace the bulb in my refrigerator. The dish washer doesn’t work and they solution was don’t use the disposal the people are extremely rude and always have a problem resolving issues.Just find any other place but this one !! Back again still no one fixed my toilet in bathroom however last week they evicted a family down stairs this week they already finishing up the remodel Did I mention DONT MOVE HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE

We are new to SC and this area, but when it comes to the Palisades of Blythewood looks are deceiving ! we have been here 1 1/2 months now and there has been break-ins, a shooting that resulted in a death! frequent domestic violence !and most of all ROACHES!!! multiple emails have been sent to management without resolution!!! all they give is lip service! our building is infested and all they do is send a exterminator to our unit! bugs go away for 2 or 3 days and come back in force, I'm not talking about one or two roaches but multiple ! all over the kitchen and cabinets . We do not cook here and have to keep the temperature down otherwise its sharing a meal with unwanted critters. Don't even think of this place as comfortable ! they really don't even deserve 1 star!!!
