I look forward to moving out of this apartment as soon as possible. I've had bug issues, my car broken into, issues with sketchy residents ( including residents who beat their animals), this year alone my HVAC has stopped working 8 times, etc. The maintenance staff has been somewhat helpful, but it is obvious that the front office staff does anything but care about the quality of service or wellbeing of their patrons. EDIT there's nothing I love more than coming home from a 12 hour shift in the ER than seeing my dog has been sitting in the heat all day, I've reported my HVAC issues over 8 times this year alone, glad to see yall have taken my complaints seriously. And now DHEC had shut down the pool 😂 an amenity I'm still paying for 😂

Reserve at River Walk Apt needs to be upgraded especially kitchen area. Outside patio wood is rotted. Maitanince is always quick and professional at least the guys who I have had contact with. We also have new office staff again in which the manager seems to be very nice and starting to take care of a lot of neglected areas within the complex. I'm very pleased with the new staff. Manager Danella is amazing! Update I have been trying to post another updated review however not sure why I'm not able to...I have been living here for many years and my concerns are the new Maitanance staff is not professional and I would not allow entrance to my apartment unless I'm at home....they are not professional at all. However the staff in the office is amazing Jasmine is Always one call away and she will get the job done...Daniella is an amazing manager who also cares about the community and the upkeeping of the property...Identity I have spoken with on the phone several times and if she does not know the answer to my questions she will let me know that she will get more information and call back and she does just that. Thank you to an amazing team! I have finally Moved out of this place! And I could not have made a better decision. I broke my lease due to the fact that so many on going disaster one after another with the water pipes...water damages....and the maintenance just putting a bandage on everything without really fixing the issues. And for me to receive a letter demanding early termination fees.... I'd rather go to court so that I can let the judge know whats really going on over there within the unit along with my safety that's what really pushed me to move the apartment complex started to become very dangerous with shootings at ngt and domestic Violence every single weekend. Please avoid this complex and put your hard earned money into something safer... healthy and a complex with people who value there life....and who care about the well being of there family and community. I'm happy that I finally moved out! As I read over many reviews I can honestly say that All of them are true!
