Nice and clean houses but very poor customer service. I am being charged different prices than posted online. You have to buy your own router for Wi-Fi. You call out for customer service. I was given the incorrect key for my room, even after asking them to check if it was correct. I was then locked out, had to wait 4 hours for some assistance.

Do not rent from this property management group due to the fact that they have no respect for loyalty from residents. I am currently in my 3rd lease with the Rowan, and the property manager does not express any type of respect for someone who renewed for a 2nd time. My apartment has flooded 5 times since I moved in back in August 2020. The fifth time it flooded was the absolute worst, causing my bedroom to literally become a health hazard. I have not been able to sleep in my bedroom for almost half a month now due to the horrific conditions and terrible management trying to fix the issue. Do not put your trust into The Rowan, as they have undoubtedly tarnished their reputation through inaction, poor communication, and lack of respect for their tenants.

Honestly no it is not safe . I live here now , and almost every night you hear gunshots and large crowds. My apartment was just robbed and nothing was done about it . They have “cameras” but they can never catch anything or see anything according to management. Stay far away for you safety .

You definitely do not have to be a student . I just had 2 roommates that were not working or students , they literally just stayed here 🤦🏾♀️. It’s not worth it , worst apartments in Columbia .
