Kimaria, affectionately known as Ki is a ray of sunshine. Every time I come in the office or call on the phone she always has a positive attitude and keeps a smile on her face. She is very knowledgeable and professional at what she does. After talking to Ki, I am rest assured that she is working on my issue and she always follows up in a timely manner. I moved here in December and I have to say that the office team and maintenance have been very kind, efficient and very professional. Ki was the deterring factor in my decision to move in to this property. Of all the properties I toured, she was very honest, professional and patient. I have lived in Lake Carolina for three years. Recently they changed ownership and it’s now called Aria at the Lake. They now have new management and I can gradually see the changes. One of the office managers, her name is Ki, has made the transition sooo much easier! She is very attentive, organized, and quick to respond. In just a short amount of time she has changed the property around and she is very knowledgeable about their policies and procedures.
