Tried to complete the survey online, but was unable to find the website listed. Wanted to come on here and give Terrell a shout out! I visited this Fed Ex location to drop off a package, was given the most friendly greeting and was out in less than 5 minutes. Customer service like that is just extremely appreciated when it's hard to find people that care.

Workers are always very helpful and friendly. We usually purchase our “shipping” online and then take our packages there and just email the purchased shipping label to them. They will print the label out for you and tape it to the box and get it send off. It saves time not having to read all the address info to them and paying for it, etc. It’s very nice of them to print the labels since we don’t have a printer at home. I definitely recommend this FedEx shipping location.

A few weeks ago, I went to the FedEx store and paid $11 by credit card to ship a package of about 30 sheets of paper (historic correspondence-- didn't want to trust USPS with it because all of the problems that were being reported then). I wasn't happy about the cost but paid it. Today I got an invoice for more than twice that amount. When I called to complain I was told that the amount I'd paid was an "estimate" and that the clerk would have told me that. And that by paying and allowing them to ship it, I'd agreed to their policy. I told him that if the clerk had told me that I was paying an estimate instead of the full cost, I would have 1) asked what in the world they were talking about and 2) taken my package and walked out. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office.
