Horrible, ac was struck by lightening but refused to pay saying was due to wear and tear. never use them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was called by a 3rd party inspector who said they wanted to schedule a 4 Point inspection. I told them I already had one done when I purchased the property and the inspector said well you need to talk to your agent and hung up on me. They did not answer when I tried calling them back. A few days later I received a cancellation notice because I "refused inspection." I contacted customer service who informed me my agent would have to resubmit through underwriting. They emailed the underwriting department 3 separate times, with no response. We finally got in touch over the phone, and the underwriting department said that because they are too busy they will not be scheduling any inspection, and will be proceeding with the policy cancelation. Stay far away from this unprofessional company.
