I went in using a last second appointment (via the website) for a laptop that didn't turn on. I regret now that I didn't get the guys name, but he worked A MIRICLE!!! He fixed my laptop and I was on my way back to work within the hour! THANK YOU to The Wizard who worked his magic! That ain't lying, I broke it and THEY FIXED IT!!!

Had an awesome experience! Started out bleak but Zach D. went way above and beyond to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend asking for him if you have any issues in fixing your device(s). He has a very calm demeanor, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to juggle 3 customers at once…all the while attending to very different needs! Go see him and you won’t be disappointed!!!

They fixed my phone at a reasonable price. 4 stars because this is the last place in Charlotte that still DEMANDS you wear a mask to enter. At least they provide them because most of us don't carry on with us anymore.
