Worst experience I've ever had with a company THEY did a repair on my laptop which caused more damage then refused to fix it they gave me some run around tactic about a warranty which doesn't matter they wasted my time by setting up a meeting with the manager who refused to see us but took the laptop and sent it to the wrong location who was trying to be helpful and send it to the right location which I can't get a hold of to approve the repairs that I would have to pay for so when I get my laptop back I will never associate with this conpany again which is very disappointing I liked this company even after they double charged us for the total tech program $400 they stole from us and I'm not even mad about that

Geek Squad replaced my iPhone screen and 2 months later it has black lines streaking down the screen. They clearly did something wrong. If you get anything repaired here, get a warranty because I now have to waste another $200 to fix it properly.
