I've been to this location 3 times and order always incorrect. Not sure why I order white pieces and get dark. If breast are available just say that instead of charging for white and slide in a thigh then I can order accordingly. Will not patronize again and family and friends onboard with this decision as we now patronize Bojangles.

It's been quite a while since I stopped bye this particular Popeyes restaurant, as I had moved to another part of Charlotte. I was in the neighborhood, I was hungry and was not left disappointed. This particular crew was absolutely on point, from the moment that you passed through the entrance. Engaging, helpful and personable; from Alyssa at the counter, the cooks, shift leaders and manager made sure that you were happy and taken care of. The restaurant was immaculate, both inside and out. Everything was handicap accessible and there was plenty of parking. Most importantly though, the food was fresh, hot and just the right amount of crispiness in the chicken. The gravy for the mashed potatoes even had a nice little Cajun zip to it. And they have their Cajun rice back. I love chicken and I love Popeyes. Can't say it any plainer than that. They keep getting our order wrong. Two wings were in my box for the two piece white meal. When asked to correct it a thigh was added to the box instead of the breasts that I requested. I stopped going for a few weeks because last time I went and used the code from their survey I completed and the manager thought I had stolen the code to get free chicken. We used to enjoy coming here to eat, now we don't.

Hadn't been to Popeyes in a while because of terrible service and cold food. My sister wanted Popeyes, with much apprehension I went anyway. Biggest mistake 😪. I spent nearly $40 on the food. The order was wrong, and the chicken was old or refried. Never again.
