The clerk will check for your ID before allowed into the store. The store is clean and neatly organized. Clerk is very easy going and informative if questions are asked. If you have questions or want to see a product before you make a purchase it has never been an issue for me, as I have asked SEVERAL times. They do not mind holding your items for you at the front if you ask, they don’t hover over you or ask you several times if you’re finding everything okay. I appreciate their cleanliness and friendly environment each and every time I visit their store! They have a variety of toys and outfits which I enjoy every single time!

Wow! This place is great.... the best customer service I've had and they were very knowledgeable of the products they carry and answered all my questions. They eve special ordered the product I was looking for but they didnt carry. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I know this was a year ago so you probably know by now but ask for video head cleaner. You might get better service.
We do not buy dvd's. However, we do have a tradeback program. You are allowed to trade a dvd in towards the purchase of another dvd. Certain restrictions apply
