Impressed with the selection at this thrift shop. I was in a real bind because I forgot to pack multiple items before a visit to local friends. The Key saved me!! They also have this really cute line of up-cycled clothes, plenty of name brand options, and some vintage too. They were polite and welcoming, and I will visit when I’m in town again.

Could use some more plus size stuff but besides that, the staff was wonderful and the place has come a long way since I was there 12 years ago! Love the Caz college design student section! Very cool and progressive. I tried bringing stuff in to them a few times and was unsuccessful so I just gave up. Was floored that they turned me away with a box full of designer clothing. (Gucci, Chloe, RL purple label, etc) just bc they were "only buying spring HomeGoods." Not very business savvy but I know most of the folks are volunteering.

Yes. They take on Wednesday, 1:PM till 5 PM Thursday 10:30 till 2:30 Friday 10:30 Till 2:30 Saturday 10:30 till 4:00 Pm. Hope this helps.
I believe that they will take slightly used, clean clothes of all sorts.
You set up an account at the front desk. The Key accepts certain types of items during specific weeks each month. You can drop off a max of 5 items each time during the specified dates. The "accepting" information is posted on website each month.
Yes the key accepts men women and children's clothing.
