I came here to check it out for my mom and Julia helped provide a tour of the place. It looked pretty good, well maintained, and the staff seemed helpful. Then she introduced me with one of the managers, Anna, and she made me feel welcomed and assisted me with more information. Overall, it was a nice experience and felt inviting. This will be on my list to review with my mom.

Absolutely terrible. They dropped my grandpa and actually had the nerve to tell us it wasn’t their fault. When we asked how they would compensate payment for his broken hip all the employees just quit talking to me and ignored my phone calls and emails!!!

I was contacted by the Administrator of Arcadia Gardens and she assured me that if there are every any issues I should come to her and discuss. The facility is beautiful and having management available to resolve issues is a plus.

My husband's mother was here for nearly three years, and we felt that she received excellent care. There were problems and issues that would arise, but we always felt that we could go to someone with our concerns, and we would be listened to. There is a personal kind of atmosphere here that we appreciated.
