It’s not like it use to be. They use to have so many good stuff. Top floor, main floor and basement. Now everything is on the main floor, and even that is getting reduced. It’s sad seeing the store little by little reduce the space and merchandise.

The employees are NOT to be trusted. My would be purchase disappeared within an hours time. I could not remember my pin number to my debit card, and was assured they would hold my two items. I told them I would return within an hour, or before closing time. The two employees shift was over, and they went home. I went home empty handed because my items disappeared from behind the counter. Do NOT trust those store employees at the Arcadia location. They LIE, and someone STOLE my items, or bought them out from under me even though I was assured they would NOT sell my items to another customer. I am thinking the female employee liked the items, and bought them herself.Totally ridiculous!

2:13 pm November 1, 2021. 3 checkers 10 people in line, 1 worker can’t check in YET! I will spend more time in line than shopping. It’s insulting. My time is very valuable. Come on Managers, step up! Respect customers trying to purchase! One checker comes on, one leaves!

It's a pretty big store; it used to have a basement floor but everything was consolidated and moved to the first floor. This location has more items and selections than other locations. I found things here that I have been looking for awhile now.
