Decided to have a nice dinner with my boyfriend tonight and was very disappointed to say the least. The brisket queso appetizer was pretty good but the menu was too limited. The food was very disappointing. I got the fried chicken, the chicken had no seasonings AT ALL, the mac and cheese had no taste, the bread was so dry it requires a chase of water afterwards. My boyfriend got the pork schnitzel and was very underwhelmed with it. The toppings were disgusting and it had no flavor at all and they burned the pork. The red cabbage was way too sweet and overall not good. The food was incredibly disappointing and absolutely not worth the $60 we paid for it. Will not be returning here

My husband and I ate at the DAP house almost a month ago and it was delicious! The atmosphere was cool they have a lot of beers on tap. The food was delicious, I got the seafood creole and my husband got the brisket Mac & cheese both were very good! Just wish the seafood creole came with more bread as it had a kick to it, but just my preference!!

We arrived just after opening so were seated straight away. Beverages were on the table with good speed. A dozen oysters made a good appetizer, happy hour half price was great! My wife had Seafood Creole. Very tasty and the chef was not stingy with the shrimp. I enjoyed the brisket mac and cheese. Also very good. Both dishes arrived hot, a definite plus. Atmosphere was relaxed even as the restaurant got busier. We'll be back!

The atmosphere was nice and the server was friendly and attentive even though it seemed they are about to close. Not much of a selection since the menu is single sheet of paper that is printed on one side. I gave the Brisket Mac and Cheese a shot and it was very delicious. I'm not sure how I feel about the place since it's a limited menu and very limited for those that do not eat fish, beef, or pork. I may drop by for drinks .

Pretty typical, no mask no service. Tables spaced for social distancing and all staff wears masks.
Snappy casual with eccentric flair. People normally shower and put on a nice shirt. To give you an idea, you can walk down the street and throw hatchets at targets after dinner... Google stumpys hatchet house. It's like the game of darts...but with hatchets. Fun. Fyi stumpys is B.Y.O.B.
Yes they do
