Frequent long waits (25-30 minutes) in drive thru after ordering only ice cream. Due to the long waits and long line of customers, staff have repeatedly been confused about which vehicle ordered what. Order is often wrong in one way or another. I’d avoid this particular location.

The lady working the the drive thru was very rude! After ordering our food, giving her our credit card and then receiving our food, my husband told her thank you multiple times to which she never responded back! Then to make matters worse, I called and spoke with the manager in regards to her rudeness and he defended her and made excuses why she possibly didn't respond! Won't be going back to this DQ!! What ever happen to people having respect for others?

i originally ordered an animal cookie blizzard a week or so ago and received just vanilla ice cream with a few cookies in it, i was pretty sad. i left a review on facebook and within 48 hrs was contacted by the store manager apologizing for the mistake as well as offering me a free remake on the blizzard as she wanted me to try the real thing! i just picked up my free remake and LOVE this blizzard! VERY happy with the customer service and professionalism regarding my situation! :)

Terrible service!!!!! Went in at 930 and was treated like we were the most terrible people they already had everything put up and closed down. I can understand wanting to go home but they close at 10pm not 930pm. The young lady that served us was in a foul mood and food was just thrown together... wont go back again much better food and service across the street at cookout!!!!!!
