So, I signed up with the manager “Frank” seems like a knowledgeable guy. Was very kind, he seemed trust worthy so I signed up for a month to month membership on the phone with him. 1. I was told I’m able to cancel anytime. 2. If I needed anything to call and he will help. One week later I realized that I made a mistake and that my hours conflict with their hours of operations. I called to cancel right away. Spoke to Frank again and he told me he cancelled my membership and that I wouldn’t be charged. Unbeknownst to me, 3 month later and they are charging me monthly and even charged an annual maintenance fee of $49. I called spoke with 4 different people who indicated they would fix the problem because Frank NEVER cancelled anything. He lied, and the staff couldn’t cancel a policy. I asked to speak with him but Frank was no where to be found. “Busy now” How did I fix the issue? -I called my bank and disputed the transactions and paid to block Golds gym. What now? -Golds gym won’t stop calling me from different numbers telling me that I have an over due/deficient balance lol REMINDER: I haven’t even been to that gym 1 time ! Cancelled within a week. Conclusion: Don’t trust Frank “management, “ they are quick to get you in, take your money and forget about anything else. “ so disappointing!

cancellation issues, I'm a member of this gym I enjoy my workouts besides minor issues, but I got a membership for my daughter and I cancel it at the gym within the five days required on the contract, I canceled at my home gym they accept it and then I found out that the membership wasn't canceled I receive the annual fee charge plus the monthly charge. I went to my home gym for this issue and they sent me to call ABC FINANCIAL for cancelation purposes, I called them and I found out that they do not make refunds... yes no refund allowed!!! plus they informed me that home gyms aren't allowed to cancel membership!!! for any cancellation purposes, you must call ABC FINANCIAL, and the cancellation must be on written 30 days before the final date... so I will be charged again in July for a membership that has never been used... all of this is an unethical approach from the gym to their customers they hide information.

Horrible Customer Service. Two employees yelling at a lady who simply wanted to adjust her membership. Went in for a free day pass and the individual helping us had no enthusiasm or motivation at all. It's shame that this institution has such horrible customer service. I really enjoyed using the equipment here but unfortunately I will not go back.

"Giving her complement , asking her out , calling her entertainer. "It's a great cap story to get attention. That woman should be writer. That was a complaint against me by her. All I asked her, Im looking someone to get personal training and I would not mind paying per session. I thought she was personal trainer. Management called me at their office ,started harassing me, wasted my time . Manager is very unprofessional and abusive.Management was supporting her side story and treating me to suspend me cause that woman was super dramatic without even showing any evidence. This is the freedom speech world. People should not forget it . people don't need to be racist over asian. Asian live matter. I recommend men , don't sign up with this gym if men get treated like garbage by management. We have options. I will advise gold gym corporate that make your gold gym for women only if men don't get treated right.

Is corporation own, but apparently they don't have a headquarters, each Gym deals with their own problems. It's a contract gym. And when canceling make sure you do it a month before your last month because they would charge the next month after you pay your last month in the contract. There are a few gold gyms around it gets very crowded. No worth it.
Sorry, I was mostly doing strength and bag work.
The best would be for you to pop down or phone and speak to the fitness manager.
