Such a pleasant experience and I am so glad I moved in here. Mireya from management is so helpful that I absolutely had no trouble moving in or exploring. Neighborhood is very good.Apartments are spacious and the community is well maintained,clean and safe Thankyou Atrium for making it wonderful experience staying here!

Glade my time as a tenant at the Atrium has ended. I could no longer take the excessive monthly fees, 100 dollar a year rent increases and poor property management. I attempted to reach out to FPI Management and Property Manager Wendy several times to discuss my concerns about the excessive noise, weed smoking and beer consumption out in the open by other tenants. Not a single message I left was ever answered. The 2200 dollars a month I paid for a two bedroom apartment is more then what I pay for my house. If you value your sanity you will avoid the Atrium apartments.

Nobody picks up around their pets, children, or themselves. Place is NOT a clean, and everything fell apart in my apartment weeks after moving in. It takes forever for anything to get dealt with and fixed.

I'd give it 10 stars if we had security cameras and more parking space. Overall staff (Pam) is awesome. Maintenance good.Place is always clean. Layouts are beautiful.

YES. If the tenant is not assigned to that stall then the vehicle can be towed. It depends on the tenant when a tow truck is called. It's better for you to park behind The gas station there is plenty of parking spaces there.
