Juan and Steve were very helping and also helping with easing the anxiety and stress that comes with making a big and life changing purchase. I’ve been a Ford owner most my life, and their help along with our finance worker made me feel welcomed and at home. They made my confidence and assurance well by the end.

I bought a suburban here which online it was a great deal but as soon as you go into the dealership, they automatically add $4000 on top of that price with 2 bogus fees that they say they disclose in fine print. Well come to find out this is their selling strategy. They pull people in with a low amount then as your going over the final price they add all these fees. Once we get the car, it’s dirty! The people didn’t even clean the car right. As we are driving away, we notice that they put less than a half of a tank of gas in it after they said they would fill it up. Just stay away! There are so many other car places that are better. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Update! A day after leaving the 100% honest review, two of the sales managers called my husband harassing us and asking to take down the review and bring the car back. This dealership is beyond the worst imaginable place. I will be contacting Fords corporate office.

Can't go wrong here. Walked in with no expectations. Honestly didn't even think I would walk out with a new Truck. Wow, was I wrong. Moe, our sales rep was amazing. He was very kind, friendly and just made the 7 hour wait, yes 7 hours, seem like minutes. I knew we would be there for a bit, but that long was only cause they worked every which way to get me where I wanted to be with the F150 I wanted. Juan, was very good at working with his people behind the doors to make a long time dream of mine come true. I am now the owner of a new 2021 F150, with payments that fit my budget, along with a great experience. Everyone there was friendly, attentive and just supremely amazing. And to be completely honest with you I have never been a fan of Ford, I've always been a Chevy girl, but everyone at Performance Ford turned me to a Ford Chick.
