I had a really nice experience shopping for my reclining sofa at Ashley. Dave help me right away with what I was looking for. Even though I ended up buying the one I had not in mind. Charles was also very kind and showed me some reclining base for my bed and took his time explaining all the benefits of having one. They were very attentive and patient as I still went around trying different furniture to find what I was looking for. Dave even got me some gummy bears! That was an extra treat. All the staff was very nice and I was greeted by everyone. A great experience. Will definitely go back to get a lamp or rug for my new sofa.

Angelina helped us out, and she was amazing. We purchased the tempur-pedic bed. She answered all of our questions, and stayed after closing to finalize our purchase. She made the next day delivery happen as she said she would. Great experience! And what a beautiful bed.

First time home owner and I needed to furnish my home with many different items. The store had a wide variety to consider all my needs. If you're ever at this location, look for Daniel S. He helped me out on my first visit to show me all my options. Then on my second visit he remembered everything we talked about and I was able to choose all my pieces. He was knowledgeable and very attentive. Delivery was also great. They came on time, set up everything, and were fast. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Sometimes the art in the picture is out of date and no longer for sale due to the age of the picture. Call our store and ask for John and I will be happy to try and locate it for you.
I recommend any item not delivered within 2 weeks, you should contact them for status. If they are vague, cancel that item and continue your search after they refund you.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Ashley furniture but I had the best experience at the store. And as far as for delivery I had no problems there. You as the customer pick your day but you need to remember that your not the only customer their delivering to. Plus you have to think about traffic. Have a great day. It covers accidentally occurrence such as brakes, stains, rips and tears, etc..., however, it doesn't cover wear and tear.
