Sorry to hear about your experience with Ashley furniture but I had the best experience at the store. And as far as for delivery I had no problems there. You as the customer pick your day but you need to remember that your not the only customer their delivering to. Plus you have to think about traffic. Have a great day. Not sure what caused your delivery issue. Our experience was good both at the store on making our selection and the delivery date and time. If you have not already done so a call to the manager or a visit by you to the store might address your issue.
