When I got there, lady in the hall was helping another customer for over 5 minutes. When it was my turn, the lady said I would have to check-in as walk-in patient because of my tardiness, but I said that was because I was waiting in line for 5+ min. She snapped at me and said she kept track of her time and went ahead to check me in as walk-in patient. Honestly, I don't mind waiting if I am legitimately late, but her manner was un-professional and pretty much labeled me as petty liar to get ahead of the line. The staff who helped me inside was nice however, which was one redeeming factor of my experience.

I get there on time with an appointment. The lady in the hall took my form and then went into a giant dissertation of complaints about my form. It was not their form, they couldn't identify the tests, oh wait, they could. This went on and on. Then finally I went inside. Nina told me to go to room 6 but as I entered the outside lady began again the complaint with Nina who joined in. These were no whispers so I turned around and asked if they were going to be able to see me or not. Nina got defensive and began to complain about the complications. Ugh! I said I didn't see it good practice to openly complain about this in front of the patient. It was not my job to figure out the form but if it was too problematic I would leave. She then said she didn't say that and insisted she would repeat the whole conversation they just had. I repeated I didn't think it was good to make the patient hear them complain about what they needed to do. Finally she told me to go in the lobby and I waited. I guess it was punishment since earlier I was headed to a room. She then told me to call my doctor and get a number from them. She then disappeared. I got the number, yet conveniently she was no where around. I ended up having to ask another person to get her. Unfortunately it turned out this rude Nina would be the one who drew my blood. She initially kept up the rude streak in the room commenting on the handwritten zero which could have been a six. Stop just stop Nina. She did her job, finally and much to my surprise mean Nina didn't hurt me. So for a 10:15 appointment I got out just shy of 11am. I will NEVER go to this lab again. Ever. I will never recommend it and hope this narrative comes to management's attention to mandate training in patient care and general common sense.

Been to this location several times, zero complaints. But today's experience wasn't so pleasant, the first technician was having issues. She decided it would be appropriate for to speak to me with a tone and in a manner that has me questioning her level of professionalism. The second technician was a perfect/professional as she can be. Quest, is there a email, link, website I can go to, to make a formal complaint?
