Visited my mom here and I have to say I really liked it. There are a few things that need fixing or replacing but the overall layout of the single unit (I didn't see a 2br unit) was very spacious and comfortable. I'm considering living there myself!

They are both "market rate" or subsidized by Section 8 or State Rental Assistance, depending on income. Market rate for the 2 bedroom units are $1,082 per month, but someone on Section 8 or has State Rental Assistance can expect to pay approximately 30% of their income. (Sorry, I don't know how much 1 bedroom units go for.)
