This is painful for me to write because I love Ben and Jerry's and don't like to write negative reviews. But, two times in a row at the same location I bought two scoops in a waffle cone and the same lady has given us super small scoops (with the most recent just about 10 minutes ago). In the photo you can see what it looks like, but that is what it looked like after requesting a third scoop. :(

Service is always quick even if the line looks long. We go here when all the other local ice cream shops are already closed for the evening.

Because they can't be everywhere
Thank you for taking a moment to ask questions on our covid protocol in our South Windsor Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream shop. We are requiring our staff to wear gloves and a mask when serving customers and handling food. We are also requiring our staff to completely a health/wellness questionnaire upon arrival to work to ensure the team is healthy and safe! We are encouraging customer social distancing by trying to limit the number of guests in the shop at a time (please follow the social distancing stickers on the floor when entering and waiting in line)! We also have a plexiglass shield at the register area to help protect our customers and staff while finalizing the transaction at the register. We hope this helps you better understand how we are taking our customers & employees safety seriously during this time and that hope we will see you in our shop soon!
