Went this weekend for a refrigerator. In stock was found and ordered for delivery today with old unit picked up. Then went to get snowblower that was not in stock, was told to take stick information uo front and they would put a unit on hold when it arrives. Advised cashier, cashier messed up, never set up to have us called when it arrives. Went to service desk, had to refund and reprocess for call. Have an uneasy feeling about the sales. Called last night to advise we did not need the old refrigerator picked up. Received call for delivery between 9 and 1. Had to leave house at 1:15. Called after 1 as no delivery and no update. Was bounced around to receiving and was advised out for delivery. Wife texts me a little while ago. Not out for delvery. She tries to speak with manager Jeff and get poor customer service from reps on phone. She was advised the refrigerator was damaged and have to find another. So wait. You had me on the phone last night. Didn't advise me damaged and not being delivered. Sent me to receiving today about delivery. Didn't tell me it was damaged and not being delivered. Tell me it's out for delivery. My wife calls when still no delivery, you give my wife issues when she calls. Poor customer service Lowe's. Should I now question if I'm even ever going to be notified about my snowblower or should I just cancel the order. Continued 10.1.22 Called corporate and registered the issue 9.29.22 and they said a manager from the store has 24 hours to call me. I received a call, went over the issue, and was assured I would received the items on 10.1.22. The manager Angelo said if there were any issues to call him back and he would take care of it. I received a call conforming delivery appointment. Our delivery was between 1 and 5. Get a call at 5:53 truck issues. Call at 6:17 running an 2 more deliveries. Called driver at 7:29 and said job ahead taking longer. Will call me with update. In the background I can hear a turn signal indicator. Hmmmm. My wife called the delivery dispatch. Driver noted came by at 5:24 came by and called with no answer. Not according to my phone logs. Well their manager will call us. Called the manager I spoke to yesterday. On a corporate complaint. He called me. Had no recollection of the call. Went thorough the whole event again. Didn't spur his memory. Nothing. I see how how important customer service and issue resolution is to them. So I said I want a district manager to call me. Advised they rarely talk to customers but will see what thry can do. Wow. Customer service in horrible. Check out the social media's on Lowe's for more great stories. Stay away from them. Upper management isn't customer focused. You know. The customers that support their paychecks.

Manager Gerald and ASM Josh .. are incredible ! Cannot beat their customer service and efficient work in handling appliance issues .. will stick with buying from Lowe’s because of their 5 star customer service ..

Their service over the phone is always terrible. I either go in person or prepare a knitting project, a glass of water and a snack, with a plan to sit on hold for as long as it takes.
Look up Pella Window Class Action Suit. The suit alleges that Pella knew of the defect, but did nothing. Any supplier/vendor that knowingly sells leaking, prematurely failing windows is looking a public relations disaster down the road. Leaking windows can lead to mold, warped floors, soggy drywall and a host of other problems. Lowes should distance themselves from this inferior product line as soon as possible.

Possible. They selluch better products to kill weeds, grass, insects than we get here on Ontario.
I'm not 100% sure, but have seen leashed dogs in the store quite a few times. And as a dog owner myself, please bring stuff to clean any messes. It would rude to leave it, as I have also seen that fone before too. Grrr.
They do carry heaters for the cold weather. Be sure that any heater that you use has proper ventilation when needed. Be sure to check with an associate before purchasing to be sure that the heater fits your needs.
