They were professional help me out and even though the vehicle had a couple of dents in it it was clean and definitely did its job wish I could have got some money off the rental because of the dense outside the vehicle but I was in so much of a rush I forgot to even ask

Horrible experience, after reading the terms of service outlining explicitly how credit OR debit cards are accepted I was met with an incredibly rude service person 100% unwilling to be of any help. No explanation needed just “you need a credit card . Next person in line” The need for a credit card is so discriminatory and makes no sense. Unless they are running up unauthorized charges which from these other reviews seems like they do a lot. But still. If I had the money for the rental and deposit In my account why couldn’t I rent the car…. Absolutely no help from corporate either because you can’t get them on the phone!!! Absolutely awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Never using Avis or this location again. And encouraging everyone I know to do the same.

Employees are very friendly and cooperative. I suggest you to check the vehicle entirely for any warnings in the dashboard and gas level. Some times gas level may not be the same as mentioned at the time of pickup. It happend to me once and I noticed that after I left the pickup location and came back to the avis after some time and shown them. They were very nice and updated the gas level.
