Definitely the worst service I’ve ever experienced, will never come here again. I had an appointment for 9:30 am, I got there even earlier, it’s been near 3 hours and my car is still on the lift with no one working on it. Garbage service, the staff doesn’t care, and there is no one to address these issues. I’m extremely disappointed and I will never use them ever again. Extremely disappointed, I can’t even explain.

Went for a scheduled state inspection today at 5. I’m a single mother so I had to arrange a sitter. I get there and the guy casually WITHOUT AN APOLOGY says “oh we don’t have an inspector today”. The place is a joke and didn’t even have the decency to call me. Livid customer who will NEVER return again. Disgusting customer service. Appalling to anyone let alone a single mother.

This was my first time ever in a Pep Boys establishment and I was super impressed. I already had been to several name brand auto part stores in the area in search of a air filter for my Chrysler Pacifica with no luck when I came across this Pep Boys location in Amherst NY. Upon entering the store I was welcomed by Jimmy an employee there who was super nice and very knowledgeable. He took his time with me explaining the difference in air filter’s and how to tell a good one from a not so good one. I then asked him about oil and what oil he would recommend for my van. Once again he explained oils and how oils differ. I was very impressed with Jimmy and the 5 Star service I received from him. Pep Boys is to commended for having such a excellent employee on staff and I look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Pep Boys for all your automotive needs.
