Sales didn't try to serve me as a customer. Rep (Ella) was extremely rude when I asked for finance and lease options and wanted to take control of conversation and not allow me to explore my options. Rep got angry when I asked for the APR and residual. Was later told I didn't know what I wanted when I was comparing Sentra, Altima, and Kick models. I think if I knew what I wanted I wouldn't test drive, visit dealerships, or communicate with a sales rep. I didnt understand this kind of dialogue other than to be condescending. Didn't understand the inability to compare my options and the frustration the rep expressed either. Although finance manager attempted to say hi and be nice, it felt rather disingenuous. I hope other customers have a different experience when planning on investing in a vehicle.

Edit: after dealing with service I've severely changed my mind on my review. Buying here is alright, taking your car for warrantied service can be pretty aggravating, including getting a dealer loaner which apparently I "should feel lucky" I was given one as they are in high demand, despite my warranty covering a loaner for warrantied repairs. After the first 3 months of waiting on a part, my car has had to go back in twice since neither time the repair was completed properly.... Beyond disappointed and wish I would have bought from West Herr now. I feel the need to point out that they did not keep in contact with me during the 3 months they had my car after I was told to expect about 4 weeks, I don't feel like the customer service I get is even mediocre. Nothing sounds genuine, no apologies are given. I get a kind of "deal with it" attitude whenever I talk to service. I bought a new car so I wasn't buying someone else's problem, and I got a warranty so I wouldn't have to worry, however I now worry that my car isn't safe, I wonder if service knows what they're doing, I worry if I'll have transportation to get to work, and if I'm in my car is it reliable... This is not what I expected when I bought a brand new car....

steve did a great job at answering questions, however, i called 3 times to see if a car was available. they always said it was. I got to the point where I was going to do a test drive, and realize that the car that I was driving did not match the photos of the car I was interested in. I immediately went to Steve about this, and he told me the car I had wanted went to auction after I had drove an hour to figure out if the car was there or not. Not to mention and again I had called three times prior to make sure the car was available. Poor management

They have new and used cars for sale. Give them a call and ask what they have that fits your needs. My son bought 2 vehicles from them and was happy with both. They ate also associated with Lotus of Buffalo.

There may be some confusion, I don't believe we have ever participated in that scheme. I say scheme because we put our lowest prices on used vehicles on the internet every time, every day. Some dealers play the game of inflating the price enough to offset the over allowance to give you the perception that you are getting a big allowance on your trade in. At Mike Barney Nissan we don't believe in the game of deception, we give you a great deal every time. Remember, always look at how much the actual selling price of the vehicle is, then how much difference you are paying, that's the important piece of the puzzle.
